Vauxhall 60's to Now: How times have changed?
This project involved 20 young people from Denbigh High School who delved in to the history of Vauxhall Motors starting from the 1960’s right up to current day.
The project gave them to opportunity to benefit from many forms of training including, Oral History Training and First Aid and Safeguarding. Aside from the
formal training they gained soft skills which will continue to support them as they continue their education and beyond. The group made a trip to the Vauxhall
Heritage Centre and gained information for their final celebration evening. With the support from Vauxhall and Bedfordshire Archives, the young people produced
a booklet which detailed their findings during the project.
